Rumors...
Couple of rumors floating around. One is that the old Renaissance property (or Grand Beach, etc.) has been sold or is going to be sold. The other was that Sapphire Beach was closing - this one seems totally unfounded - maybe it has to do with the construction project they have been trying to get off the ground for years. I don't see how they could "close" though because a lot of those units (as far as I know) are individually owned. Anyway I will check these out in the next couple of days and let you know what I hear.
