 Ferry Service Between St. Thomas & St. Croix: VI Sea Trans currently operates ferry service between St. Thomas and St. Croix. The VI Fast Ferry is no longer in operation.
Seaborne Airlines also provides inter-island service, between St. Thomas, St. Croix and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Between St. Thomas, St. John & Puerto Rico:
There is ferry service from Fajardo, Puerto Rico to St. Thomas and St. John. Call Transportation Services (340) 776-6282 for schedules and rates. This ferry makes about two trips a month.

Water Taxi:

NOTE: Remember that when traveling between countries (which is what you are doing when you go from the USVI to the BVI) it is easiet to clear customs with a valid passport. A birth certificate and photo ID can be used for entrance to the BVI but it will most likely delay your entrance at least a few minutes. You must clear customs everytime you cross between the US & British Virgin Islands.
