I first went to hotel on the cay in 1986 with my husband and child. I since fell in love with this hotel,although we had visited many other islands and hotels.what's nice here is that it's a 3 story hotel and it doesn't matter which room you are in but you can actually lay down in bed and still continue to have total waterview and hear the sound of the water breaking on the shore.The beach has sun all day and faces west so we get to stay on the beach until sunset wich can be enjoyed every day.Water sports on site.The help is still managed by Marian we like to call her the house mother always available to make our stay very comfortable.There is a restaurant on the beach that will serve from hot dogs to lobster any style any time,tuesday night bbq.is also great.The rooms have refrigerator,microwave,coffee makers,washer/dryer is also available.This hotel is situated on a small island right across from dounwtowChristiansted,sounds far but is not just a third of a mile acrooss on the water with continuos free: ferry service, beach chairs,use of pool and very fair prices for what you get .Try it enjoy,relax.
