We rented Villa Dawn the week of May 3 (3 adults). This was not our first time to rent a villa on STX, but it was our first time at this one.

The website does not lie...this place is absolutely magnificent from the moment you enter the palm tree lined driveway to walking thru the front door and seeing the breathtaking views of Cane Bay to looking at each lovely bedroom to the pool and beyond!

The owners are some of the nicest people to rent from - they were very helpful from day one.

Anyone looking for a villa to rent at very reasonable rates for what you get - do not hesitate to rent Villa Dawn.
