The Pink Fancy 12/28/99

When I went down to St. Croix with my parents for Thanksgiving, they stayed at their timeshare hotel and we stayed at The Pink Fnacy. We could not have been more delighted. The hotel is fairly inexpensive for what it offers and has a charm I have not often found in hotels. The Pink Fancy is registered in the National Historic Registry and has the oldest pool on the island. We stayed in a sizable room by the poolside which had beautiful mahogany floors. The owners of the small hotel play an active role in the running of it, offering beverages after one returns from a day of sightseeing. My parents saw how much we liked it and this year when their hotel was out of service due to the huricane, they stayed at The Pink Fancy where they had a wonderful time. I strongly recommend this hotel and honestly have nothing bad to say about it.
