Westin 3/30/00

My family and I recently (3/00) went to the Westin Resort St. John and were very disappointed. The resort is very expensive and is not worth the money. Without getting specific lets just say the service and food were terrible - definitely not what one would expect from a Westin! And we were less than thrilled at the LARGE corporate events that went on during our stay. When you are on vacation you don't want the hotel to be sold out of half of their menu at their ONLY dinner restaurant because they are catering an event for a corporate party. Now you might think I am a picky traveller but there were many people we spoke to that were unhappy! My advice - St. John is great but stay somewhere else!
