Will never return to this mis-labeled 5 star facility. Employees were actually rude. Our day of departure was wrought with a torrential downpour and the baggage handler left our luggage sitting on the dock uncovered in the rain! Had many items of clothing ruined. Westin manager offered meager apology and did reimburse us for our clothing but offered no other compensation (How about a free Pina Colada for my troubles?!) Would also NOT recommend to anyone with children...KIDS CLUB was excellent, otherwise the grounds are difficult to get around with kids...POOR attempt at a transport system with the golf carts. Guess that 5 stars on St. John don't mean the same as 5 Stars where I come from.
