Paradiso, in Mongoose Junction, was absolutely fabulous. The interior is air conditioned and very upscale. Dark wood, French type poster art and nice music. The patio is small and quaint. It is a step above the other restaurants on St. John. But the highlight was definitely the food. They are known for their spinach salad which was the best I've ever had. The fish specials were perfect! The chef knows his food - everything was complimented by delicate seasoning - very gourmet style food. We liked it so much the first night that we went back the next night. Had we found it earlier in the trip, we might have eaten there every night. Don't miss it!
