We ate at Tage in early March and found it be excellent. All four entrees and appetizers were excellent and the service was some of the best we've experienced anywhere (and we live just outside NYC).
As a special note, my sister has Celiac's Disease and therefore, cannot eat any food with wheat or wheat products. The chef was incredibly accomodating, and modified her entree so that she could eat it safely. He even prepared a special dessert for her.
I would definitely rank Tage among our other St. John favorites - Asolare, Chateau Bordeaux and Stone Terrace.
