My husband and I just returned from St. John, where we dined at the Stone Terrace Restaurant in Cruz Bay. I am battling breast cancer and am on a strict diet, often miss out giving oohs and ahs while other are having great dining experiences. I had Chef Hans Papp's vegetarian platter, a lemon, garlic, wilted spinach under risotto with asparagus, artichoke hearts, and caramelized shallots. I really oohed and ahed when I bit into this dish!
I told the staff my important diet restrictions, and they did all the rest. They were so nice to me that I still feel special.
The last night we dined there, we got a photo of a spectacular view from Stone Terrace, the sunset over Cruz Bay. We plan to come back soon!!!
