My husband and I vacationed in STJ to celebrate a special anniversary. We picked 10 Tables to have dinner for our special night. I made reservations a week before the special night since the restaurant is small and we wanted a sunset view. Chef Scott Bryan is a master. I can see why he was voted 2005 Chef of the year. I had shrimp toast salad to start and my husband had the Caesar salad.
For our entrees I had the steak and my husband had his most favorite dish, rack of lamb. The food was seasoned to perfection.
Excellent sauces to compliment the lamb and steak. For dessert we split the chef's special blueberry bread pudding with carmel & chocolate sauces. It was my chocolate fix for the week. VERY YUMMY.
The service was excellent and attentive. They even put a sparkler on our desert for our anniversary. Very special.
We each had a cocktail before dinner while waiting for the sun to set. The sunset was stunning. I highly recommend this restaurant
for it is a 5 star in MHO. Our bill came to $97 plus tip. We had a wonderful night and I'm sure you will too.
