We must also say there is no other place we have found on the island to have a great burger or salad anytime, with a cold beer--for a break from the beach has always been Skinny Legs. "It is what it is" as Popeye would say! A great joint with fresh burgers grilled over the open flames served with lots of onion & pickle slices, straight up wonderful Greek or Chef salad, and the most smoothered chili dog one could ever want!!
No other place has the character or characters that typify St. John life! Same day service and menu on a surfboard.
We missed Doug this year as so many do, but Mo was right there with a big hello & kind words,with conversation to boot!

And the trip wouldn't be complete without the final farewell lunch at Skinnies--a cold Greenie or Presidente with a bleu burger!! hubba hubba!!
