As always, we had a wonderful West Indian meal at SOGO's during our October visit to STJ. A dinner or two at SOGO's is always on our agenda when visiting STJ. Food is plentiful, inexpensive and tasty and the owners, Alfred and Vel are welcoming and friendly. We spent two hours in conversation and dinner with them our last night on STJ. Where else can you get an enormous plate of kingfish or curried chicken roti with 6 to 10 sides for $12? The coconut tarts are great and the rum punch is dangerous. More people should visit this great little restaurant next door to Sutton's Car Rental in Cruz Bay.
