My favorite St John eatery is Cafe Roma. It has been a year since I have been "on-island" and was lucky enough to catch the grand re-opening of this exceptional little restaurant. The food was exceptional, the staff was attentive, knowledgable, and very polite. The portions are tremendous, the bread, especially the new garlic knots were hot and savory. I had the Lamb Chops with a balsamic reduction served with fettuccini alfredo. OMG! it was to die for. Perfectly cooked & very flavoful. The home made TiraMiSu was fresh, huge, & creamy- To some up my experience- it was simply awesome. Thank you Cafe Roma.
