We started our meal with a spicy crab spread served with crispy green plantain tostones.
I had the pork tenderloin served with yucca root steak fries and my husband had the shrimp scallopes creole.Both were wonderful. I really liked the marmalade glaze on the pork.
For dessert we shared a coconut flan with drunken rum cherries.It was suberp.
my husband tried the guavaberry martini and really liked it.
We both were glad we tried something different and enjoyed the cusine.
We wished we had more time to come back and try either the Fremch Caribbean or the Latin Caribbean specials they feature on different nights of the week.
