We returned from St. John on the 21st of December after 10 days in the islands. We ate at The Fish Trap 3 times!
The food was fantastic, but better still was the flour-less chocolate cake. It was to die for!
Shrimp and scallops, salmon, even the burger we all wonderful.
We would highly recommend dining at this friendly restaurant.
Aaron Willis, the owner treated us like royalty. His American Culinary Institute education clearly shows in his cooking and presentation.
We recommend getting off the ferry in Cruz Bay and heading around the corner across from the Catholic Church to the Marketplace if you want the best meal in town.
