This has proved to be an odd year for bookings. Normally every week from January through December is accounted for. But somehow this summer got overlooked by our previous guests or newcomers. Is it "the economy"? Perhaps folks are vacationing closer to home.

To encourage you to give a return visit some thought, we are offering a very special "special" to you or to anyone you recommend who rents Lavenda Breeze between May 10th and August 12th, 2010. We are giving a 30% rate reduction during that time -- from $500 to $350 per night.

Anegada in these Spring and Summer months is particularly pleasant. The breezes still blow but not as strongly as in the winter. The water is warm. The island is quiet.
