After a one and a half-hour meandering sail, the Adventurer catamaran glides into secluded Honeymoon Beach on Water Island, where guests will enjoy a swim and BBQ catered by popular local chef Heidi.

If you want something to tell the folks back home, we recommend a guided kayak/snorkel ecotour of the mangrove lagoon. Virgin Islands Kayak Tours, which has gotten rave reviews, takes you through a protected area where no powerboats are permitted. Marine life abounds - see juvenile reef fish, upside-down jellyfish and spotted eagle rays. From a safe, stable "sit-on-top" ocean kayak you can watch egrets, pelicans and blue herons flying overhead.
