Aria is an excellent villa for a couple and a good choice for two couples. We really like the Ajax Peak setting with great Coral Bay views and a short run down to Francis and Maho Bay beaches. Coral Bay is a short jaunt and Cruz Bay is a reasonable run, even at night.
There was fresh paint and a freshly scrubbed feeling when we arrived. The breeze let us go without a/c for our 8 nights in May. The kitchen has a basic setup, so bring your own knife if you area serious cook. The terrace off the living room facing Coral Bay was a favorite spot for breakfast and afternoon drinks.
We only used the downstairs bedroom to access the laundry room, but the setting is not as nice as the upstairs bedroom. It's a bit more private. We were concerned about the external spiral staircase to the lower floor, but no mishaps occurred.
