This was our first trip to St John and boy were we lucky to find Bay Rum Breeze. This is a brand new villa perched high on top of Mamney peak with breathe taking views of Coral Bay and out to Tortola.
The villa pictures provide a very accurate idea of the surroundings but I have to say, the view is simply HUGE in comparison. As far as location, it is very quiet & very private, yet we felt very safe and secure.
If your looking to be close to the best beaches but away from the hustle of Cruz Bay, this is an outstanding villa. We are very particular and have stayed in some fabulous places and this was by far the best. If you are looking for a luxurious place, Bay Rum Breeze is it.
This villa was exactly what we wanted, peace and tranquility. The villa was well appointed with practically everything you could need. The outdoor showers in each bedroom, with a view of Coral Bay, was outstanding. If you are into audio, bring your IPod as their is a dock for it which allows having whole house audio inside as well as out.
We will certainly consider renting Bay Rum Breeze again. It was a little overkill for just the two of us but is was perfect for our needs!
