Our family of 4 stayed in Debolina 6/12-6/19 2013, we primarily chose the villa because it has 4+ BRs under one roof and is great for kids who may not be old enough to "turn loose" yet. The 5th BR is a loft area that does not have AC or a closet but it does have a full bathroom...so it is sort of a legit BR. I would describe Debolina as a contemporary style house, it has 4 levels internally, the bottom floor has two BRs, two full baths and a small laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The next level up is the main living level with Kitchen, LR, dining area and the main deck/balcony. The deck has an awesome view out over Coral Bay and the BVIs as well...top notch view, which I loved. The kitchen is adequate for most any meal but not granite counters or top notch. The TV is modest but adequate and there is a stero system as well. The next level up has two BRs including the master BR and master bath. There isn't alot of privacy between these two BRs so it might be best for parents and small kids that you want near by. There is also a screened porch of the master BR which is handy for meals, coffee, etc. Then there is one more small level up another short flight of stairs...the loft area with a bed and full bath and lots of windows but no AC up there. There is AC in all the BRs except the loft.
The pool is very nice, it is a sigle depth type pool but does also have a shelf/bench type ledge in the back so you can sit in shallo water if you want. The pool gets good sun and has a good view but isn't the ultimate infinity edge pool that overlooks an awesome view...but it is very nice.
The location up on Ajax Peak was awesome, real close to Maho Bay & Annaberg and not far from Coral bay.
I would reccomed the villa as long as you aren't looking for luxury level quality...4/5 stars overall.
