Lovely Villa-Favorite So Far!

We have been to St John several times and have stayed at different places each time. Far Niente has been our favorite so far. It is close to Cruz Bay (about 8 to 10 minutes) on all paved roads, yet it is in a very quiet and peaceful upscale neighborhood. The grounds have lush plantings, and there is enough space and vegetation between neighboring villas to allow nice privacy. The house itself has full A/C, was very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. We had three couples and there was plenty of space for everyone the way it is layed out. There are three almost equal bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The main level has a king bedroom and a second bedroom with two queen beds. The third bedroom which has a king bed is accessed by interior stairs, and it is downstairs along with a second kitchen, a sitting room, and it's own decent sized balcony. The pool is small, but the pool area is large and has nice stonework, comfy lounges and lovely views of Fish Bay and out to the ocean. Stargazing at the pool deck became our nightly ritual. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were beach chairs, a grill, and games for a rainy day (for which we only had one!). Nearby Klein Bay was our \"go to\" beach for snorkeling. I would recommend this villa to couples or familys, you will love it.
