We just got back from our stay at Harbor Lights in Coral Bay. This small cottage which is brand new is a short drive up Seagrape Hill with views of Coral Bay. The cottage is just one large studio cottage @ 18 feet x 18 feet which was perfect for the two of us. There was a super comfy king size bed. The outdoor shower was really nice. But the pool was incredible, very private and the water temperature was perfect. Also, it is a salt water pool so the water just felt great and it didn't damage my colored hair :)
There is some really nice outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The price was under $200 per night which included VI tax so it was a great deal in my opinion.
The only drawbacks were the bed was a bit too high and opening the sliding glass doors especially night(after a drink or two) were a little difficult because the lock is at the top of the doors.
I would definitely recommend staying at Harbor Lights!
