This is an older villa in a neighborhood very convenient to the Westin resort. We did not rent a car and it was an easy walk to the Westin to access taxis. There are a lot of walkers and joggers in the neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. The views from the deck, pool and livingroom are beautiful. There isn't a water view from the upper floor bedrooms. The villa itself is in pretty good condition. A nice size for 2 - 4 people. The kitchen is fairly new and well equipped. The bathrooms are very old, small and in need of repair. The water pressure was weak. The villa is air conditioned, which was necessary because it was hot and there weren't any breezes while we were there. Sun streams through the villa, and there isn't any shade from early afternoon until sunset. The pool is not completely private due to a fairly busy road that runs along side it. Shrubs and a lattice screen provide some privacy. Except for construction noise from renovations on the villa next door, we enjoyed our stay.
