Needs some improvements

This villa is rented alot and it shows. In need of alot of TLC. Nothing horrible but needs a major cleaning. Screens need replacing, small appliances need replacing and the kitchen could use some new utensils, especially knives. Pool and hot tub (which doesn't work) are missing tiles. Villa is advertsed as a 8 person villa but there are only 4 pool chaises and 4 patio chairs (?). There is a garden area behind the house with a small pond, table, chairs and a grill (which worked great) but there is no view as it is behind the house and walled in.\nThe villa is the first up from the road so there is traffic noise out by the pool and the view is mared by telephone poles (not the owners fault). Rendezvous Bay is a nice area and very convienent to Cruz Bay. I think you could do alot better in the high season price range than Esprit de la Vie.
