Thanks for your reply! I did a search on FB for Penn's but there were only two posts and they were dated back in September just after the Hurricanes hit. And the posts were not from Penn's directly! I guess we'll keep trying the phone!

We are in the process of planning a trip for February 2019 and have used Penn's for our car rentals in the past. However, several attempts to reach the office by phone have failed. Can anyone tell me whether or not they are still in business?
