Cape Air or Air Sunshine?

Has anyone flown either of these out of San Juan? Trying to figure out my airfare for next March and can fly into San Juan so much cheaper than STT but then the next leg - getting to the USVI then BVI is the problem! Any advice or information would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

Beach to beach swim

My husband and daughter both did it a couple of years ago - my husband is an Ironman athlete and my daughter was on her high school's swim team - both accomplished swimmers. They found out about it through another triathlete friend that actually lives on ST John and she invited them to join the fun....

We stayed at Palladio's View in May of 2003 (wow hard to believe five years has gone by since then!!. We loved the villa and did not feel any need for A/C - the villa has a pretty high elevation (you will know what I mean when you head up the "road" to the villa - the elevation brought wit...

Hi Sue!! Glad you are planning your next trip to St. John! It is hard to get the islands out of our blood isn't it??!!!! Regarding the split idea - we did 4 nights on St. John on our last trip (when we met you!) and then went to the BVI's (Cooper Island) for 7 nights. For us logistically it was easi...

I would call a few of the major rental agencies and then if no luck try cyberrentals.com where you can search by availablility - I was not sure if you meant this Weds or next - but it looks like they definitely had some villas with availability. Also check vrbo.com where each villa has an availabili...

I actually live right in the heart of the Finger Lakes! A lovely place - especially nice if you golf too - is Bristol Harbour Resort - beautiful restaurant, hotel and golf course with beach privileges on Canandaigua Lake. Near Canandaigua there are tons of wineries, outdoor hiking opportunities as w...

Well.....many years ago my husband and I decided to honeymoon on St Thomas at Bolongo Bay. We were young (19 and 20), naive and really only chose St Thomas because we could afford it. We really did NO research - just went. While there we took the Bolongo Bay catamaran to St John. Believe it or not t...

OT Travel Dilemma - Oh wise forum members please respond!

A little background - my daugher's boyfriend's parents own a 2bdrm/2bath rental condo in Marco Island, FL. We are friendly and "know" them but we are by no means best friends. They are lovely people who we see occasionally. When making our plans for this February we inquired if the condo w...
