If you like it hot, may i suggest Phoenix in August? You can cook on the sidewalk, warm your lunch on the dash board, and burn your mouth on your beer can! Even the swimming pool gets up to 97!

I love STT, been going for 25+ years. Unfortunately, it gets a bad rap if all you see is the out the window on the ride to Red Hook. Not only is everything cheaper in STT, it does have its share of nice beaches, more saloons, and there are more roads to explore, which usually lead to pleasant surpri...

I've been going to the Castle for about 15 years and have stayed in many different units. The newer section, Pirates Pension, is where my timeshare is located. Rooms are either studios w/partial kitchens or 1BR units with full kitchens (automatic ice & dishwashers too!), all have stack washer/dr...

Iggie bites...reminds me of a tale many years ago... Guilty as charged with red toe-nail polish, i was sitting at the beach bar at Bluebeards Beach Club on STT, when a baby iggie latched on to my little toe and refused to give it back. I tried to relax, and when it finally stopped being scared, it g...

I remember that on my first visit to STT, i drove up to the old Mountain Top, before maps had road names and numbers, heck there weren't even any Mountain Top signs. Just kept turning on roads that went up and drove right to it. The bartender was shocked that a cabbie didn't bring us and gave us fre...

I used to love to fly, but now i work for a company that makes jet engines and i'm a wreck!

My vote goes for Xanax hands down, works for me, as well as itty bitty bottles of Cruzan that believe it or not, can be found at Walgreens!

Good luck kiddo!

Patrick's is a fun place, very reasonable too. My brother lives on STJ and hangs out there all the time, as well as at the Tamarind. If you see a big guy with a shaved head and a go-T, tell him to call his sister! LOL

BVI Boat Trip 5/27 or 28

I'm interested in taking a trip for the day to the BVI on either 5/27 or 28, but would rather not go to the Baths or Caves at Norman Island. Would prefer to hit the Indians, Cooper Island, Willie T, and other less traveled spots. Any advise folks? Does anyone know of a fairly inexpensive way to do t...

I've been going to St. Thomas for over 25 years (timeshare at Bluebeards Castle since 1997), many of those visits included St. John and St. Croix. They are all fun and have their own personalities. Many of these trips were a week on St. Thomas and a week on St. John or St. Croix. Since i'm frugal, a...
