Sunshine Jeep Rental has Jimnys. Rates are a little less than a 2-door jeep but they are smaller and easier to find a parking place in Cruz Bay.

Tusa makes several nice masks and snorkels that seem to hold up well. Mine is 5-6 years old, provides good visibility, very flexible, does not leak and does not show any deterioration and fits comfortably. Tusa also make fins too.

Jet Blue has a new terminal in SJU, and the gates are not far apart. Even if your flight in to SJU is a little late, you should be able to make your connection. Might want to consider 'carry-on' to make sure your luggage makes it too in case there is a late arrival in SJU.
