I've not been to the villa yet (we go next April) but we've stayed at the top of Callabash Boom one year and the road can't be worse than that one. Most of the reviews I've read have nothing but good things to say and an occasional mention about the road but that in a couple days you get used to it ...

I'm not sure when your going but I booked our flight last month for next April and got a better rate out of Allentown. We stop in Phila but Allentown is actually closer for us and a small, convenient airport. Prices from Phila right now are crazy!

I'm curious. When would this go in effect and if a renter already has a deposit on a villa, would they then be charged the increased tax amount? Wondering if I'm going to have to break some bad news to 3 other couples

I would highly recommend Island Roots Charters. Jason was born in Coral Bay and has extensive knowledge of the water in and around St John. We went out with him this past May and had a fantastic day.
