Unfortunately we will be in Tampa and won't be able to make it. I have been to the Summer Shack at Mohegan Sun many times and we love the food. There are three garages within 100 feet of this restaurent so parking will not be an issue. Have fun and enjoy BOSTON and each other.

We stayed there 3/1/8 theu 3/8/8 there were 4 couples and this Villa was by far the best we have stayed at. We were on Island 3/1 thru 3/8 and we drove thru a couple of times. They have all the land cleared and the roads grated. It appears they are ready to start digging for the infrastructure power, phones, foundations etc. We went by to help us decide if we were going to rent Calypso Del Sol or another ...

I agree with everything and we had the same amount of people and are returning for 2 weeks. The only thing that I can nit pick about is the only bathrooms are in the bedrooms so the upstairs bathroom gets alot of customers.

I would not worry Lisa represents this Villa until May I believe. Everything will be OK, you will recieve instructions from either the owners or their representitive at the appropriate time. This will include who to call to meet you at the Ferry Dock etc.

We just booked Calypso 12/1--12/13. We initially E-Mailed Lisa but recieved a letter from the owners before Lisa replied. The owners just stated that they were no longer using Lisa. Lisa's E-Mail back to us stated that she was reducing the number of Villas in her portfolio to best serve her clients....

The dive shop located in the Lumber Yard Complex and it is $50.00 for the week. The equipment is usually in good condition and they give you a carry bag for each rental.

What we have done for all of out trips is to agree before hand that ALL expenses (excluding any personal) would be split equally. Right next to the ticket booth at the dock is a canteen truck with the coldest beers. Just grab a couple find some shade and enjoy.

This last trip we had a four foot Iguana in the main house area. He ran behind the T.V. and then out of the house. No big deal all part of the expierence.
