There's not a whole lot of detailed information, but basically it sounds like someone partied too hard, hurt themselves somehow (fell down the stairs?), sued the Quiet Mon and Quiet Mon now has to close - - it wasn't clear if they are closing because they lost the lawsuit and can't pay the damages o...

I heard through some FB posts that Quiet Mon is closing due to a lawsuit. Anyone know anything about this? This is very sad news if it is true.

Sorry to hear that about the bad weather. November is one of the more rainy months on STJ (something to think about when visiting), but usually not this bad. Hopefully things will dry out soon and the sun will shine again. How much longer are you on STJ?

Let's say that one may be a wee bit of a sleepyhead and does not like to be up early - what time would one be able to go over to Coral Bay after the race starts? How long do they close the road?

Around what time do they re-open the road?

So we are going to be on-island this year during 8 tuff miles. Two of my friends are registered to run it - my question is once you get over to Coral Bay, how do most people get back to Cruz Bay? I could pick them up, but I have no idea how long the road is closed.

Any input appreciated.
