Thanks for all the kind words, everyone! I believe that the 20% service fee is standard for almost all the caterers here on STJ and that our pricing is very competitive for the product we offer. Some caterers also charge an additional 4% "gov't" tax, which we do not. We try to be as clear ...

Haven't read the book, but are you talking about the phosphorescence? The stuff that glows as you swish?

It's super cool and seems to pool up in stiller water, so Maho makes sense.
