Re: Wine & Cheese
We always go to Starfish Gourmet Shop which is directly across from Starfish. It also deals with upscale gourmet cheeses, crackers, and such. It's really a nice place and worth your visit. But, as everyone else has said, it's more expensive. They got it though.

Re: Can no-see-ums live inside?
Like a previous poster has stated, some people, for what ever reason, are more affected than others. My wife is a magnet, and me, not so much. What we do every time at our villa stays is day two we do our shopping for the week to provision and we purchase bug bombs. We will set them off and stay out...

If you contact them they will send you their menu if you like. I don't know how much it is (maybe someone else can help there) but it has q...

Brenda, I've used Rachel before and she will get you to the 3:00 ferry no problem as long as there are no long delays with picking up baggage. We now travel with just carryons to make things quicker as we stay in a villa. I am aware that is not an option for many people. But that flight usually is o...

That's amazing. I can'i believe all the travel horror stories anymore. You really hold your breath once you leave home / villa till you reach your destination. There are so many things that can happen or go wrong which can ruin your travel time. You just can not plan for all that can happen. So glad...

It's really a beautiful island. Maybe the prettiest. But it is not St John if you are looking for a comparison. It is a much poorer island but the people are very nice, pleasant, and proud. It does not have any night life at all to speak of and not much in the way of dining choices. Beaches do not c...
