The menu has changed. They are now offering grilled burgers and veggie burgers, as well as grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled mahi sandwiches. It appears they no longer offer salads.

The restaurant and bar are now open for lunch. They serve burgers, wraps, a roti bowl and salads.

I've stayed at Maho Bay, Concordia's sister resort, many times without renting a car. However, I would not consider staying at Concordia without a rental car. Due to the heat during the day, the Maho glassblowers only work in the evenings. If you want to go see them, I recommend stopping by the restaurant to enjoy the sunset during happy hour and possibly have dinner, and then walk down to the glassblowing studio after it gets dark. There's a very nice ranger-led walk along Leinster Bay where you explore tidal pools. You can find out when it's scheduled at the National Park Visitor's Center.

If you're a camper, you should be happy with either Maho or Concordia. The people who are disappointed are the guests who expect a basic hotel room rather than a very nice campground. Yes, you do get bugs at Maho but they are not enormous. That's because there are small gaps between the wood planks ...
