On my first trip, the rental agency had left a note on the vehicle that had my name on it, and said to come back the next day anytime to fill out the paperwork! I got a real kick out that, but probably doesn't happen that way too often any longer.

I read somewhere, that Madonna washes her whites in straight vodka. I've never tried it, because the vodka always seems to be gone. I can see it working though. In the bridal industry we use alcohol to get out a variety of stains that find their way onto white, and it always works!
