Staying on St John late October and want to spend one night on Jost. How do you get there with out taking the Public Ferry Service. It will be just myself and my wife.

What does everyone do for a Taxi from the airport to Red Hook? Private Taxi or Airport Taxi? if Private taxi who do you use?

The last time I was on Jost all we did was eat and play the ring and hook game at the Soggy Dollar. Of course it was mid-week in October and there really was no one else there. It was the day of the Lunar Eclipse, quite a freaky night.
