Re: Describe Your Perfect Day on St. John
Kklay- It is not difficult at all. There is a little up and down but it is only about a mile from L. Lamesure to Europa Bay. There are actually 2 spur trails. One to Europa Point and one to Europa Bay. Generally speaking, it is always too rough to swim/snorkel at Europa Bay. There used to be a cliff...

Re: Gibney parking
If the lot is full I just drop off the better half and then park at the top of the hill in the Peace Hill parking lot. It is not a bad walk - only takes about 5 minutes.

Re: Describe Your Perfect Day on St. John
I wake up at 5:30 AM and watch the sunrise over Coral Bay while I drink a cup of coffee and watch the Bananaquits bathe their beaks in sugar. After Mrs. TrvlJohn gets up and situated, we slather up with sun protection, pack our cooler with drinks, our special 'hot dog roll' sandwiches, oreos, and pr...

Re: Photo Sharing sites?
I would go with Flickr. It is very easy to use. You can setup background uploading in the phone app (if you are using the phone to take pictures). Additionally, it is very easy to upload through the web app when transferring from the SD card to Flickr.

Re: Consumer Rights when Airlines change flight schedule?
This happens to me every year. I go online, find the flight I want, call Delta (or American - they do it too...) and have them change me to the flight that works for me. I have never had a problem getting them to make the change as long as they are the ones who caused the problem initially. Good Luc...

I am not a 'foodie' or a Tuna eater, but Larry from the Tourist Trap suggested years ago to try the Ponzu Tuna at Aqua Bistro so I did...I eat it every Friday nite when I am on the island now.

Re: Moving up the calendar list...
Hope to see everyone on the island. I am having a hard time deciding where I am going first - Little Lameshur, Francis, Maho, Vie's, ... Too many choices... I guess I will do what I always do - pack the cooler, pack the Jeep, drive down the hill and ask my wife "Left Turn or Right Turn?" I...

Re: Finally!
How many of us are on the Coral Bay side of the island? If more of us are on the Coral Bay side, we might find a place to meet on that side of the island...Monday nights at Concordia are always fun - Open Mic Night Of course, I can be met most nights at Aqua Bistro. A short, downhill walk from my pl...
