I am making a last minute attempt to plan a trip to Tortola end of December or in January...need to be back in the States Jan. 15. We need 2 bedrooms minimum. It would be ideal to be able to walk into CGB, but we are open to other locations also. This would be a second time to the island. THANKS.

Our two favorites in January were Cafe Roma and La Tapa, in Cruz Bay. These were the places we went to twice. Enjoy!!

Yes...please let us know about Lavender Hill. We stayed at Battery Hill in January, but were wondering if Lavender Hill might be quieter on the nights bands were playing at the Beach Bar. We LOVED Battery Hill. Have a wonderful trip!!

We stayed in Cruz Bay in early January and were charged roaming fees when I had to make a few calls back to the States on my Verizon cell. You might consider Skype if you want to stay in touch often and are bringing your laptop. Safe trip!!

Be careful..don't agree to or acknowledge the change. Last year my flight home from Spain was changed. When I called and they told me the new flight time I did not tell them it wasn't convenient. I didn't think fast enough. I did some research and found a better flight...when I called back they said...

Thanks Cathy for motivating me to get a ticker. Looking out on the fresh 4 inches of snow is pretty, but not as nice as the view we had of Cruz Bay last week. No plans yet to return, but I know we will.

We rented from Discount In STT Jan. 5 - 14. We had a brand new jeep. We highly recommend the rental agency. We had absolutely no complaints at all.
I had first made a reservation through AARP with Budget, but cancelled it...so glad we went with Discount!

Our flight came in at 2:10 and we had plenty of time to stop at Food Center. Our problem was buying so much we hardly had room for the four of us! Anyway, You can see how your time is. I think we got the 4:30 car barge from Red Hook. I think we definitely saved getting some basic things in STT. Once...
