We stayed here in April - Rendezvous Bay area. Does not have a hot tub, but has a nice pool and otherwise might meet your requirements.

You may also want to check this one out - located on Bordeaux Mountain, about 2 miles from Coral Bay, 5 miles from Cruz Bay. We stayed there about 10 years ago and it was a beautiful property.

Ziggy the Pig was walking along the beach at Frank Bay with his owner, who was feeding him from a box of Cheerios (I assume to help lower his cholesterol!)

Dinner

My vote would be for Lime Inn - had two excellent meals there last week. Also went to Rhumblines - did not have a good experience. My wife does not eat seafood and ordered the filet mignon. The food took almost an hour to arrive (not island time, just poor service). Food arrived barely lukewarm, my ...

Day Trip to JVD

Planning to take the ferry to Jost for a day, and just spend time beaching and bar hopping. For those that have done this, what are your recommendations for making the best use of our time? Thanks.

Jost Van Dyke

Looking for some advice/recommendations - will be returning to STJ in April. Considering just taking the ferry over for the day vs. a snorkel/sailing tour (we did a snorkel tour on two previous trips, but not to Jost). Anyone have any good experiences to share either way? And for those that have don...

Private Chef - Dinner-for-two

Mathayom may be awesome, but it appears he has a $425 minimum for onsite chef services - way too much for a dinner for two.

Private Chef - Dinner-for-two

My wife and I are returning to STJ in April and would like to hire a private chef to prepare a dinner for two at our villa. On past trips, we have used Seamus Mulcare and were very pleased with his services. However, it appears that he is involved with a wedding cake business and no longer does priv...
