My vacation in FB Statuses: a pre-TR teaser

July 1 Has waited 11 months for this! :) July 2 Rain showers at Maho Bay Camps. But I did see my 1st turtle...from our tent. We also have 2 iguanas outside and a tent lizard. July 3 I'm sorry, but I think octopuses are *the* coolest animals on earth right now. Seriously. July 4 Happy Fourth of July...

Very sad story.

We were @Maho when it happened. Mr. Frett was reportedly upset, someone coming in on that taxi was a military trained EMT and helped stabilize her. Also witness reports were that she was intoxicated when this happened.

Take the above for what it is worth as it is hearsay.

Dude...we leave tomorrow (well technically today-spending the night at in-laws who are bringing us to BOS and watching the girls) and I still have a few things to put into the bags still 8) Now the funny (sort of, I guess) thing is that my 4 year old could not nap yesterday (she really needed it too...

There always seems to be someone making a fool of themselves on vacation. Hope she remembered the next day.

Some take it to extreme and some fly under the radar...

Hope she remembered where she left the ccs too....

YIKES!

Hi Coden, I am bringing poles like this http://www.rei.com/product/798297/black-diamond-trail-shock-compact-trekking-poles-pair. If you research trekking poles, you see that they reduce impact to joints in the lower body and help you stabilize yourself on uneven terrain. I don't want to stop hiking ...

Just chiming in here...you may want to really consider a walking stick or hiking poles, especially if you are a hiker not on vacation as well. I am bringing a pair down. Awesome tips! Re: the friction rash story-(not a dude so bear with me, if this is a dumb idea) Sometimes when I run in certain kinds of shorts my thighs rub together and would result in a icky stinging friction rash. What has helped me is to coat the inside of my thighs in deodorant and viola no fri...

I would love to know too! Two I can think of off the top of my head are the seagrape and aloe plants, but I am sure that there is a ton more.

Nope CG...this is the generic. Pharmacy tried to fill with the brand but insurance denied it. So now it looks like I get to spend some time on the phone to the insurance company today. Oh joy.
