We just love Asolare. They make a cocktail called Moonbow which is absolutely delicious. I have tried to make it at home but only get close.

I am surprised no one mentioned Asolare. We love that restaurant. The views and the ambiance are lovely. I dream of their moonbow martinis!

We have rented from Conrad Sutton and it is just a very short walk from the ferry. My husband drops us off at the dock and returns the car and then walks back to meet us. We like it also as we can park there when we head in to Cruz Bay for dinner.

We went to Caneel last May. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. We parked and walked to the beach with our chairs (we did not use the chairs on the property). We ate there last year and loved it. On our visit this past May we went back. Food and drinks were very good. We were going to go back for Cinco de Mayo as they were having some special events, but had reservations at Asolare that night. It was also a very reasonable (by St. John standards) meal.
