Re: Four Bed with view of St. Thomas
We stayed at Aurora last year and will be there again in 9 days. We're a group of 6 and it was perfect. Agree with comment that living area might be tight for 8 but we were fine. We ate outside every night. The outdoor dining table might also be tight for 8 because the chairs surrounding it are larg...

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
I do appreciate your efforts to help. We do have a NJ resident in the group. However, I would be reluctant to purchase the CSA insurance with the CFAR provision unless I can ascertain that NY residents would be covered under that provision.

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
Would that then cover the NY residents? If we had to make a claim under the CFAR provision would CSA say sorry, not covered because you live in NY?

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
Thanks again, Chas. I discovered that NY residents (which we are) are unable to get cancel for any reason provision through CSA.

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
Tried that. Tried filling out form for free quote and it keeps telling me the amount I enter for cost is an invalid amount. Any suggestions?

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
Thanks so much for the CSA info. I have already spoken to them several times and they have told me each time that they don't offer "cancel for any reason" coverage which we do want. In addition, I have read many unfavorable reviews of their claims process, many, many unhappy people. Initia...

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
We are renting through the same company that we used this year. There was only one person on the contract but the rental company allowed us to put both the deposit and final payment on 3 credit cards. The invoices reflected that, including the last 4 digits of each card. I would think that would be ...

Re: Villa Rental Insurance
Thanks for the info. We are splitting the cost of the villa 3 ways. Does each couple insure for the 1/3 they are paying or does each couple insure for the total amount of the rental? This is what is confusing to us.

Villa Rental Insurance
Help! Need advice on purchasing rental insurance for a villa for 2017. We are 3 couples hoping to rent a villa for 3 weeks for a total of $22,000. How best to purchase the insurance? Do we get the CSA Vacation Rental insurance which covers everyone on the villa for a reasonable price or does each co...

Car rental for 20 days
We will be on St. John from Feb. 1-20 next year. We've never spent this much time before and was wondering if there's any car rental agency that would give a discount for that amount of time. Would consider renting on STT if that would help. We also need a second car when our kids come from 2/13-20....

Maria Breeze-anyone stayed here?
The villa we've rented for the last four years is not available for the time we want in Feb. 2016. The rental agency has Maria Breeze available. Has anyone stayed there who can give me first-hand information? I'm not so crazy about it from the photos but it would fit our group of 6 adults, 2 teens a...

Re: New Restaurants since 2/2013
Thank you all for your suggestions. We ate at the Terrace last year so will be sure to return this visit. Virgin Fire sounds like it's worth a try. Does any know how difficult it will be to go out to eat during the Love City Live weekend which is coming up? We were thinking that we should plan to ea...

New Restaurants since 2/2013
We arrive on Tuesday for our annual trip-4 couples. What new restaurants have opened since we were there last year and where would you suggest we go? What old standbys should we return to? Know that Zozo's has moved to Caneel and we already made a reservation there. Thanks for your advice.
