I'm with Liamsaunt...La Tapa and Zozo's hands down! If you do not go at sunset I'd recommend La Tapa. Or even better, go to Zozo's for a drink at sunset and then head to La Tapa for dinner. Have fun!

We are doing a last minute trip which I am very excited about but there seem to be a lack of reasonably priced condos/small villas for a Wed-Wed weeekly rental. Any recommendations or advice?

I would second the October thing. We went the first week in October last year and most were reopening that week so had plenty to choose from.

Just be sure to bring lots of kid friendly bug spray and motrin for teething (inevitably my kids tend to be sprouting teeth whenever we travel)!!
