There is a nice video on Victor Hall located on the On-St. John web site. Before there were mansions or Kenny Chesney in Peter Bay there was Victor Hall and the Kite. Years ago a long power outage was normal. STJ had a generator affectionately named "The Green Hornet" There was one man on island that could start it up.
