Re: Tillet Garden/Rhoda's Guest House

Hi Joppa,
So glad you enjoyed your stay at Rhoda's Guest House as much as we did. I think it's one of those places that you either get it or you don't. Hope you and your family have a wonderful summer.

Re: Car rental late pick up

No advice except to ditto Lovermont to call and ask. I used St John Car Rental one year, but can't remember if they waited on us or not, seems like they did. Conrad Sutton is open till 6 P.M. I have used them several times with no problems. Info for next time...:) P.S. If you are on the ground at 3,...

Re: Tillet Garden/Rhoda's Guest House

We went to Lindquist beach when we stayed there. What a beautiful, quiet beach!! Sssshhh, don't tell anyone, though... I normally think of STT as only a stepping stone to get to STJ, but this was a jewel! This will be the first year in seven I won't be going. Already crying...have fun for me t...

Re: Tracfone on STJ

My Tracfone always worked fine on STJ for many years. I have AT&T now, and it also works great for calls. Just be careful which side of the island you are on. East end, you may pick up the BVI's. Also Beaudoux, just be careful. If you can see the BVI's, you may be roaming. Enjoy your trip!! :D

Re: Water at Lumberyard question

Except for crazy parking problems when it's busy, we had no issues with buying water/returning empty jugs. Very reasonable. Good water.

Re: Tillet Garden/Rhoda's Guest House

Hello Joppa, We stayed at Rhoda's Guest House since we had such an early morning flight home from STJ. What a great idea that turned out to be. We stayed in a private room at Rhoda's and loved it. Not fancy, as it is an old Dutch home, but loaded with character and the staff were very friendly and h...
