I take a mental vacation quite often by checking the SJ Spice Cam. It's nice to see the sunshine and the beach as the snow and winter winds are howling here in upstate NY! I would trade the white snow for white sand in a heartbeat!

We did carry on and a backpack last year and only ended up using a fraction of the clothes we brought. We have visited SJ twice in February and we spent most of our time at the beaches. The water was definitely warm enough to swim in...but keep in mind that we are coming from central NY where February temps average 10-20 degrees.
