Re: Necker Island Tour?
No PA Girl it is no longer allowed. It went in to effect in April of this year - we did it in January and part of our group did it again in April when Gumption told them "no more house tours because of past guests posting interior photos on social media"

Re: Necker Island Tour?
We have done it with Gumption (January this year) - great tour however the house is no longer included as someone posted photos on social media but (imo) still a great tour. He posts the dates on Facebook - just follow him and them book as soon as they are released as they go fast.

Currently they are paving the road so you can't get to the North Shore Beaches by going down you have to use Centerline Road however they might be finished by the time you are here.

Re: Car rental necessary? Staying in Cruz Bay..
I can't imagine walking to town to catch a taxi with coolers, beach cars etc and the cost will be more than a rental car - 5 people roundtrip to Trunk will be $60 plus tip and Cinnamon $70.00 plus tip. Taxi's don't really go past Cinnamon (they will but you need to pre-arrange to come back at a cert...

Re: BVI boat charter news
Yes it will apply - you MUST clear customs once you pass into International waters before you proceed anywhere (you always had to just not in person only the captain or crew member with your passports) you never could just go to the Baths (or anywhere) to just snorkel until you cleared.

I don't think Marc Miller does either - some great homes there and a great property management company to work with..
