Car Barge Update
Copied from a news article. Just in time for the peak holiday season, the inter-island barge service is down to two barges as one of the two large barges in the fleet may not be back in service until days before Christmas at the earliest. “The M/V Capt Vic is undergoing its regular bi-annual Coast G...

Re: Drake's Lookout?
I have never stayed at this place but I live in the neighborhood. While it is within the boundaries of the Coral Bay Quarter, It is located almost exactly half way between Coral Bay and Cruz Bay. The views from Bordeaux Mountain are amazing. And it is always at least 5 degrees cooler than in the coa...

Re: Restaurant attire
Usually, the women dress up for dinner and the men are in shorts and flip flops.
I appreciate my husband who always dresses up (long pants, collared shirt, and real shoes ) for fine dining.
Depends on the restaurant. Zozo's and others of that type deserve dress up.

Re: Water Quality Testing Results
The Great Cruz Bay problem is that it is at the bottom of a watershed that begins at the Susannaberg Dump. All along that watershed are goat yards, pigs, cattle, and old septic systems. There are some live aboards that dump illegally also. Regardless the source of the pollution, it is not a safe pla...

Re: Senate approves zoning change for Coral Bay marina
This is rezoning to allow the construction on the ball field. This did not approve the marina. Sirius/T-Rex still has a long way to go (years) for permitting.
