I also have the Aqua Pac and have used it on six trips to St. John. It still works great keeping our stuff dry.

Re: Gorgeous wooden map of STT & STJ!
We actually ordered ours from the art gallery. We paid a little more than the website and did not have to pay for shipping. In hind site, we should have ordered from the website since that's where it was shipped from anyway. But at the time, I couldn't remember the price and I really wanted one.

Re: East End Villas
Caribbean Sunrise is wonderful. My husband and I just returned from our second time staying there. Very private. The pool is cold but very refreshing after a day at the beach. The owners live in Coral Bay and were easy to work with. We even met them for dinner one evening. It definitely is convenien...

Re: Donkey Diner Update?
I believe brunch is from 10:00 to 2:00. People get there early to get a table but they don't start taking orders until 10:00. We were lucky, we arrived at 10:00, got the last table near the parking lot just as the waitress was handing out menus. She told us we got there just in time. Little did we k...

Re: Gorgeous wooden map of STT & STJ!
My husband and I were visiting St. John last month and saw this map on display in Bajo el Sol gallery at Mongoose Junction. I remembered this post and thought it was a great map that I would love to purchase but hesitated spending that much money on something I hadn't seen or from an unknown website...

Sunday brunch at Miss Lucy's is always good. Aqua Bistro and the Tourist Trap are good options for lunch and dinner. We also picked up sandwiches to go from Pickles . . .they were delicious.

Re: Neat Sheet??
We used to use the Neat Sheet but now have a Parasheet (recommended by Liamsaunt). It's light weight and comes in its own bag. I used to leave the neat sheet at the villa each year whereas the parasheet I bring home and reuse it. We use the parasheet as a beach blanket and also to protect our stuff ...

Eden's Whim has 5 bedrooms with AC in the bedrooms. We stayed there two years ago and loved it. Great outside and pool area. The villa was perfect for our group.

You may enjoy the Catherineburg Sugar Mill ruins. It's not a hike so even your husband could enjoy them. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the ruins. The ruins are located on John Head Road a short distance frm Centerline Road.

Re: Suggestions for 4br villa on Cruz Bay side
I'd recommend Eden's Whim listed with Seaview Homes. It's located in Chocolate Hole with a super large pool and a hot tub. It has five very nice bedrooms with A/C in the bedrooms only. However, I would not recommend it for a family with young children since the bedrooms all have exterior entry.

Re: Quick trip notes and pix: Sedona and Jerome AZ
Thank you so much for posting your trip report and pictures. Sedona is my second favorite place to visit, with STJ being first. Such beautiful pictures. Did you take the picture of the San Francisco peaks from Jerome? I have not been to Jerome yet but I understand it has alot of art studios and grea...

Re: Orchid Villa/Ilios?? Anyone stayed recently?
My husband and I stayed in Ilios our first visit to STJ in 2007. Loved the layout, the sound of the surf below and the pool. The master suite has a great outdoor shower. It has been many years since we were at Ilios, but I do remember that the bedroom over the kitchen had a window that the villa abo...
